I-Con Auction Rules

Buyers:

• If you plan to buy more than one item, please come to the auction area early and get a bid number.  There is no charge for this.
• All items bid for must be paid in cash and must be paid before any money is paid out for items sold.
• To bid, raise your bid number card (or hand) in the air. Last card (hand) up gets the item at the stated amount.
• Only authorized personnel will be allowed in the auction storage area.
• If you are interested in miniatures, we will have them out for view before the auction starts.
• At the close of the auction, when called, please promptly come to the auction area and pay for the items you bought.
• Our auctioneer will rely on the description of any auctioned items found on the attached auction form. I-Con will not be responsible for the condition or completeness of any items sold in the auction.
   

Sellers:

• All sale items must have a completed auction form attached to them.
• The minimum bid is one dollar ($1.00).  If any auction form fails to show a minimum bid, the opening bid will be one dollar ($1.00).
• Except for rare collector items, RPG modules must be submitted in packs of two or more.
• For software items, please identify the system requirements on the auction form.
• An auction fee of twenty-five cents ($0.25) or ten percent (10%) of the final bid, whichever is greater will be deducted from your proceeds.
• At the close of the auction, when called, please promptly pickup any unsold items and your money.
• Unidentified or unclaimed items not picked up at the close of the game day (Saturday, September 11) will become the property of I-Con.
